The first step for new clients
Request a Meet & Greet
A meet and greet is a short, no-obligation introduction before care is booked. We’ll meet your pet, review routines and special needs, discuss the requested service and dates, and make sure the arrangement feels comfortable for everyone.
A simple way to get started
1. Send the basics
Choose an available time and include your neighborhood, requested service, approximate dates, and the number and type of pets.
2. Meet in person
We’ll review routines, care instructions, compatibility, home access when relevant, and important questions.
3. Confirm care
Once everyone feels comfortable, we’ll confirm availability, pricing, policies, and the booking details.
What to have ready
- Your name and Ahwatukee-area neighborhood or nearest cross streets
- The service you need and approximate dates or recurring schedule
- The number and type of pets
- Any important medical, behavioral, mobility, or handling needs
What happens during onboarding
After a successful meet and greet, complete the private onboarding form with care instructions, emergency and veterinary contacts, medications, behavior notes, and access details when relevant. Submitting the form does not confirm a booking.
